Ask to claim it

1. Open your business on the map.
2. Tap Run this place? Claim it. Or go to nnest.app/claim and search for it.
3. Tap This is my business. If asked, sign in, then search again.

Choose how we check

Pick one:

• Email the address on this listing (if shown) — we email the business. It’s the fastest.
• I can’t get to that inbox — a local who knows the business checks instead.

Then:

1. Add your phone number and what you do there.
2. Tap Send the check.

Only the person checking your claim sees your details.

If you chose email

1. Open the email we sent to the business.
2. Tap Yes, that’s us.
3. Tap Confirm.

The link works once and lasts 7 days. No email? Tap Send it again on the claim page.

See where it’s up to

1. Tap the round button at the top right of the map. It shows your initials.
2. Look under Things you run, then Your claims.

You’ll see who it’s waiting on. Tap Withdraw to cancel.

When it’s decided

• Yes: we email you. Tap Manage your listing. It’s now under Your listings.
• No: you’ll see who said no, and why. Think it’s wrong? Tap Think this is wrong? Ask the nnest team.
• No answer in 14 days: the claim closes. Tap Ask again.

Can’t find your business?

Tap Add your business listing → at the bottom of the claim page. Then see Add your business.
